By accessing and using HotProp, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

• Real estate agents are not permitted to register or use this platform

• HotProp reserves the right to remove listings that violate these terms

4. Prohibited Conduct

• Posting false or misleading information
• Harassment of other users
• Using the platform for illegal purposes
• Impersonating other users

HotProp is a platform connecting property owners with buyers/renters. We are not responsible for transactions between users.
